Lisa has done our hair for the last 5 years and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our families hair. She always fits us in and we know she only uses the very best products on us. The salon is great as it has everything under one roof, tanning, spray tanning, beauty and now alternative therapy which I will definitely be hinting to my husband to get me a voucher for next birthday!

Lisa did my hair when she worked in Great Barr and was the first time I wasn’t nervous about someone cutting my hair ! She has given me styling tips on how to manage my fine hair and even showed me that a perm can look so natural and is so easy to look after especially as we spend so much time abroad at our holiday home. It is such a pleasure to visit Synergy Hair Design, the people at the salon and The Beauty Room are really friendly and make you feel very welcome. I have naturally curly hair and usually visiting any hairdressers in the past was a bit daunting for me, as hairdressers never really knew how to cut my hair, but all that has changed now I have my hair cut and coloured by Lisa, she always talks through ideas with me about trying new colours and different ways I can style my hair. I now look forward to going to have my hair cut. It is lovely to find a salon that puts the client first and makes you feel like nothing is too much trouble.
